About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as AI infrastructure. The successful candidate will own, build, and run their startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customised personal-development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, and support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The candidate may receive a salary while building the startup as a direct employee of EWOR or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also provides intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions; its fellows raise over €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as AI infrastructure.

• Participate in a customised personal-development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Develop a sales force or marketing engine.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
