About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. They may receive a salary while building their startup as an EWOR employee, or opt for up to €500k in funding.

The program includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. Fellows also receive guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing, and preparing to raise funding. EWOR provides a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, alongside intensive coaching to help the startup become ready to raise millions.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, with EWOR’s support.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding, with intensive coaching and fundraising support.
