AI Co-Founder / COO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)
About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in fields such as AI. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. Candidates may be employed by EWOR and receive a salary while building their startup, or alternatively opt for up to €500k in funding. The programme offers weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. Fellows also receive advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs, coaching to prepare their startup to raise millions in funding, and support iterating the product toward product-market fit and building a sales force or marketing engine. The role includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for an own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
