About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee, or the option of up to €500k in funding.

The founder will receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides help with achieving product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise multi-million-euro funding. The role includes a customised personal development programme and intensive coaching, with support from serial entrepreneurs and established founders.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
