About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The role offers the opportunity to build and run a startup with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The founder may choose either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or up to €500,000 in funding.

Support includes weekly one-to-one sessions with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, guidance on reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities, and coaching to prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round. Fellows also take part in a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The position is described as 100% remote.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as AI.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Participate in a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from EWOR’s professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Develop a sales force or marketing engine, as appropriate.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
