About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in fields such as AI. The selected candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. The role includes a salary while building the startup through direct employment by EWOR, or alternatively the option to receive up to €500k in funding.

The founder will receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR provides guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing, fundraising, and an extensive personal development journey through a fully customised programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. The programme includes intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.

• Hire talent with support from EWOR’s professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, as appropriate.
