About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as AI Infrastructure. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup, taking full responsibility for its development and growth. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as an employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

The founder will receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing the startup to raise substantial funding. The role includes an extensive personal development journey and a customised programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as AI Infrastructure.
• Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
• Follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Work with EWOR to hire talent through its professional network and apply advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine with EWOR's support.
