About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as AI infrastructure. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue and building a €1B+ company. The role includes a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring with founders, and support with recruiting, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising.

The candidate may choose between receiving a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or opting for up to €500k in funding. EWOR also offers access to a founder, peer, and investor community; a network of more than 50,000 professionals for team building; and coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions. The company says fellows raise more than €2M on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for the startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as AI infrastructure.
• Undertake a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from EWOR’s professional network and receive advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, with EWOR’s support.
