About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups in fields such as AI infrastructure. The selected founder will own, build, and run their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. Support includes weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, assistance with recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and help with product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising.

The role includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise significant funding. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. The posting states that EWOR Fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch and describes a fellow who secured a €12 million pre-seed investment.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
