About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The successful candidate will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. They will receive either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

The programme provides weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, support hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, and marketing. Fellows receive a customised personal development programme and intensive coaching to prepare their startup to raise millions in funding. EWOR also supports securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the posting states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
