About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale startups, including in AI. The selected entrepreneur will own, build, and run their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. They may receive a salary while building their startup as an EWOR employee or opt for up to €500k in funding.

The role includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with team building through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on reaching product-market fit, building sales and marketing capabilities, and preparing to raise millions in funding. The entrepreneur will take part in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, with intensive coaching and support to iterate the product until product-market fit.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
