About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale an independent startup, potentially in AI, while receiving support from serial entrepreneurs and a founder community. The role may offer a salary while building the startup through direct employment, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to peers and investors, assistance with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, help reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities, and coaching to prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round. The programme also includes a customised personal development journey focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for an independent startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup, including in fields such as AI.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team, with hiring support from the company's professional network.
• Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or marketing engine, as appropriate.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding with intensive coaching.
