About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own fintech startups. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders. The role includes a customised personal-development programme, weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder and investor community, help hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, support in reaching product-market fit and building a sales or marketing operation, and coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising. The opportunity offers either a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also supports founders in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
