About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The Co-Founder / CEO will own, build, and run a startup, taking responsibility for its development and growth. EWOR offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as an employee, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

The role includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on reaching product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities. Fellows also receive a customised personal-development programme and intensive coaching to prepare their startups to raise funding. EWOR provides support toward securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; the posting states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent communication skills in English.
