About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale startups in fields such as AI infrastructure. The Co-Founder / CEO will own, build, and run their startup, with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue and building a €1B+ company. The role includes a customised personal development programme created by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring, coaching and practical support with hiring, product-market fit, sales and marketing, and fundraising. The entrepreneur may choose to receive a salary while building the startup as an EWOR employee or opt for up to €500k in funding.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities

- Take full responsibility for the startup and scale it toward €100M+ in revenue.
- Participate in a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.
- Build a team with hiring support from EWOR’s network of more than 50,000 professionals.
- Iterate the product toward product-market fit.
- Develop a sales force or marketing engine with EWOR’s support.
- Prepare the startup to raise funding, with intensive coaching and support toward a multi-million-euro funding round.
