About The Position

This opportunity is for an ambitious entrepreneur to start and scale a startup in fields such as AI infrastructure. You will own, build, and run your startup, taking full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. The programme offers a salary while you build your startup through direct employment, or alternatively up to €500k in funding. Support includes weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, assistance with recruiting through a network of over 50,000 professionals, help achieving product-market fit and building sales or marketing capabilities, and coaching to prepare for a multi-million-euro funding round. You will also follow a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
