About The Position

EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as AI infrastructure. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customised personal-development programme, weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders and investors, hiring support through a network of more than 50,000 professionals, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising.

The founder may choose to receive a salary while building the startup as an employee of EWOR, or opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also offers intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions. The job is advertised as 100% remote, and candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas or be open to relocating.
