About The Position
EWOR is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as Applied AI. The person hired will be directly employed by EWOR while building a startup and may alternatively opt for up to €500k in funding. They will own, build, and run their startup, take full responsibility for it, and work toward scaling it to €100M+ in revenue and building a €1B+ company. The role includes a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders, weekly 1:1 sparring, and access to a community of founders, peers, and investors. EWOR also provides support with hiring through its network of over 50,000 professionals, product iteration toward product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise millions in funding. Funding support is aimed at helping fellows secure a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months.
Requirements
- Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
- Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
- Have excellent communication skills in English.
