About The Position

The AI Co-Founder / CEO will start, build, and run an independent startup, with the aim of scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. The company offers either a salary while the founder builds the startup as a direct employee, or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding. Founders receive weekly one-to-one guidance from unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with hiring through a network of more than 50,000 professionals.

The programme also supports product development and reaching product-market fit, building a sales force or marketing engine, and preparing to raise millions in funding. The role includes a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching. The position is described as 100% remote. Candidates should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
