About The Position

The Fine Jewelry Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building client relationships, and offering expert guidance in selecting fine jewelry merchandise. The role calls for genuine enthusiasm for the fashion and jewelry industry, competitive drive, and confidence in a commission environment. This is an hourly position. The associate builds customer loyalty through tailored advice, clienteling tools, product knowledge, and a seamless omnichannel experience. They support sales initiatives and store operations while maintaining merchandise presentation, security, and safety standards.

Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and initiative in achieving store objectives and personal and store key metrics.
Build genuine relationships with teammates, vendors, customers, and the community.
Deliver excellent service, use clienteling tools, and provide tailored product advice and recommendations.
Execute promotions, special events, trunk shows, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
Use selling tools and digital devices to provide an omnichannel experience and communicate inventory, assortment, and product details.
Suggest fine jewelry service plans and additional services.
Provide repair estimates, complete documentation, receive and prepare shipments, and assist with minor repairs and cleaning.
Use training tools and vendor resources, embrace feedback, and build product knowledge, suggestive selling skills, and expertise in industry tips, accessory trends, and fine jewelry offerings.
Encourage repeat client interactions as a knowledgeable and trusted resource.
Merchandise and replenish products in a timely manner.
Maintain visual merchandising, signing, and fine jewelry caseline standards in line with vendor and company directives.
Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Support fulfillment and asset protection by accurately and efficiently executing omnichannel and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and following security protocols and safety guidelines.
