About The Position

The Fine Dining Server welcomes guests, provides detailed explanations of menu items, and coordinates communication between the bar and kitchen. The role includes cleaning and preparing dining areas, serving patrons from a chafing dish at the table, observing diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meals are complete, and completing assigned side work and special projects. The successful candidate demonstrates integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

Fine dining serving experience.
Extensive wine knowledge.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to follow instructions without close supervision.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must pass a background screen and drug test.
Must prove eligibility to work in the United States.
Integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
