About The Position

The Fine Dining Server provides exceptional, personalized service to guests in an elegant restaurant. The role calls for professionalism, attentiveness, and strong knowledge of fine cuisine, wines, and spirits. The server describes menu items, makes recommendations, guides guests through their dining experience, and ensures accurate orders, polished food and beverage presentation, and timely service. The position works closely with the kitchen and sommelier, maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, and responds calmly and professionally to guest questions, special requests, and concerns. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of fine cuisine, wine, and spirits.
