About The Position

The Fine Dining Server provides exceptional, personalized service to guests in an elegant restaurant at FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta. The role calls for polished, attentive service and knowledge of fine cuisine, wines, and spirits. Servers describe menu items, offer recommendations, guide guests through their dining experience, take orders accurately, present food and beverages, and provide timely service. They collaborate with the kitchen and sommelier, maintain cleanliness and organization, and respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.

Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment.
Extensive knowledge of fine cuisine, wine, and spirits.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.

Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
