About The Position
Pink Lotus Thai Restaurant is seeking servers who value hospitality, enjoy great food and drink, and want to grow within a supportive team. The restaurant features regional Thai specialties in a shareable, tapas-style format and offers an elevated dining experience rooted in tradition. Servers provide attentive, knowledgeable, and gracious service; learn the food and cocktail menus, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and allergen information; and work closely with teammates and bartenders to support efficient service. The role also includes maintaining an organized section, completing opening, running, and closing sidework, and handling multiple tables while anticipating guest needs. Weekend availability is required, and open availability is a plus. Compensation is hourly pay of $2.13 plus tips, with estimated weekly tips of $1,000 or more and stated daily pay of $150–$400+.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced or elevated dining setting.
- Weekend availability from Friday through Sunday; open availability is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Comfort standing for long periods and occasionally lifting or carrying items.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.
- Passion for hospitality and connecting with people through food and beverage.
- Team-first mindset, warm and welcoming presence, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in product knowledge and professional development.
