In the role of Dining Room Coordinator, you will make VIP guests enjoy world-class dining service, from setup to service, to breakdown, all supervised by our Dining Room Manager. Your position will play a vital part in sustaining our high standards and designing memorable dining occasions which embody Fidelity's dedication to excellence! Our team is dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers. As a Dining Room Coordinator, you will serve as a vital member of our hospitality group. You will engage with numerous partners at Fidelity and facilitate smooth communication with other departments. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles. The base salary range for this position is $44,000-80,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. Requirements

GED or equivalent experience.
Fine dining experience.
Knowledge of allergens and dietary needs.
Firm grasp of fine dining service protocols, food and drink combinations, and knowledge of cooking techniques.
Ability to manage dining and beverage tools skillfully.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain discretion with confidential guest information.
Ability to work well within a group setting.
Ability to adjust quickly in a busy hospitality atmosphere.
