About The Position

As a Fine Dining Server in Culinary Services, you will serve meals to residents throughout our dining rooms in a professional and attentive manner. You will also help set tables, deliver room trays, support special events, wash dishes, store food and supplies properly, and maintain clean, sanitized work areas.

Requirements

• Food service experience is preferred; at least one year in casual or fine dining is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, perform basic math, follow instructions, and use general computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely meet the role’s physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during resident meal service.
• Take menu orders and serve food and beverages accurately and courteously.
• Prepare dining areas, restock waitstaff stations, and assist with room trays and special events.
• Keep dining rooms, kitchens, and dish rooms clean and properly sanitized.
• Maintain positive working relationships and promptly share resident feedback with the appropriate team member.
