About The Position

As a Fine Dining Server at Fidelity Investments in Boston, Massachusetts, you will provide fine dining service to senior executives, Board members, clients, and VIP guests. You will manage service for executive dining, multi-course tasting menus, and important business gatherings. The role is part of Fidelity’s Specialty Dining Team, which partners with culinary teams and executive hosts to coordinate dining events and create memorable guest experiences. Requirements

• GED or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or Michelin-level service.
• Advanced tableside service and wine service knowledge.
• Experience interacting directly with senior executives and VIPs.
• Strong ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and hospitality reservation or guest management systems.
• Must be willing to acquire ServSafe and TiPS certifications.
• Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
