About The Position

Uline is hiring a Financial Services - Accounts Receivable Associate to support its financial services operations. The associate manages an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, builds relationships through phone and email, resolves past-due balances, and keeps account records accurate. The role works with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales to reduce aging and minimize bad debt. The position is on-site at 2200 S. Lakeside Drive in Waukegan, Illinois, and pays $25 to $26 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One or more years of collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and build relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records and document collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service, and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
