About The Position

Goldenwest Credit Union is a non-profit financial cooperative serving members in Utah and Idaho. Financial Service Representatives assist members and prospective members with currency transactions, opening new accounts, and consumer loan needs. They build and manage long-term member relationships, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate credit union products and services. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, at the Roy, Utah location. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM. Pay is $15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
Timely and meticulous verbal and written communication.

Professionalism in appearance and action.

Responsibilities
