About The Position

Firefighters Community Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative (Float) to serve members across its six branches and, as needed, the Member Contact Center. The role supports members with advanced financial needs in a variable-paced environment and represents the credit union through phone and digital interactions. The position is based at 2300 St. Clair Ave, Cleveland, Ohio, and pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Two or more years of similar or related experience.
Proficiency with technology, including computers, tablets, and general office equipment.
Cash handling abilities.
Strong customer service skills.
Dependable transportation to all branches.
Availability during all branch operating hours: Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., and Saturday, 8:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Candidates are subject to credit, criminal, employment, and education background checks.

Responsibilities

Float among the Willoughby, Cleveland-Downtown, Cleveland-West Side, Parma, North Ridgeville, and Wellington branches, and the Member Contact Center as needed.
Assist members with advanced banking needs, including opening and closing accounts, guiding them through the loan process, and facilitating fraud complaints.
Educate members about products and services, including share certificates, IRAs, electronic funds transfer, and online banking.
Identify member needs and cross-sell financial products.
Provide helpful, welcoming service during phone and digital interactions.
