Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
- Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
- Desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
- Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Audit team deals after sale and analyze them for improvement opportunities.
- Ensure contracts are funded promptly.
