About The Position

Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated finance professional to join its team. The Automotive Sales & Finance Manager helps customers arrange vehicle financing, structures and closes profitable deals, ensures transactions comply with applicable laws and guidelines, and supports the sales team through coaching, training, and deal assistance. The role includes presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles. Compensation is draw plus percentage, with a stated yearly wage range of $100,000–$130,000. This is a full-time position that includes some Saturdays.

Requirements

Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures is preferred.
Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
Knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
Desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Audit team deals after sale and analyze them for potential improvements.
Ensure contracts are funded expeditiously.
Coach salespeople on deal-closing practices and mentor them to improve sales performance.
Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and knowledgeably.
Train and support sales staff and assist with closing deals.
