About The Position

Ciocca Automotive is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated finance professional to join its team. The role supports customers in financing vehicle purchases, structures profitable sales, and ensures deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines. It also audits deals, helps secure timely funding, coaches and trains sales staff, and presents and demonstrates new and used vehicles. The position is full-time and includes some Saturdays. Compensation is draw plus percentage, with a stated yearly wage range of $100,000–$130,000.

Requirements

Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures is preferred.
Previous dealership and management experience is a plus.
Knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
Desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Audit team deals after sale and analyze them for improvement opportunities.
Ensure contracts are funded expeditiously.
Coach and mentor salespeople on deal-closing methodologies and improving sales performance.
Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and knowledgeably.
Train and support sales staff and assist with closing deals.
