Requirements

• Previous automotive experience is required.
• A proven track record of selling automotive products to clients.
• Working knowledge of the finance process.
• Work history demonstrating the ability to generate sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Work hard and communicate clearly.
• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• F&I experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle protection products to clients.
• Assist clients with completing transactions, either in cash or by securing financing or lease terms.
• Comply with state and federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Participate in staff training to improve the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
• Use technology to streamline the customer experience.
