About The Position

Hall Automotive, part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring experienced Automotive Finance Managers to support dealership growth. The role supports the dealership finance and insurance (F&I) selling process, generates additional income through sales of insurance and vehicle-related products, tracks dealership production goals, and maintains relationships with finance sources. The role is associated with Hall Automotive locations in Virginia Beach and Elizabeth City.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager in a dealership setting.
• Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
• Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals.
• Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency, and general mathematics skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, or eLeads.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process to ensure compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries.
• Generate additional income through sales of insurance, vehicles, service contracts, and maintenance plans.
• Work with the General Manager to benchmark dealership production goals and measure growth and achievement of F&I goals.
• Maintain good working relationships with finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to support internal and external customers.
