About The Position

GM/Cadillac/Chevrolet of Flemington is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated sales professional to join its growing team. The Automotive Sales Manager will lead and develop sales staff, support customers through vehicle selection and demonstrations, and help the team meet sales goals. The position offers a stated wage range of $110,000–$140,000, is full-time, and includes some Saturdays. Requirements

• Previous dealership and management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Provide high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
