Finance Manager | Commission-Based - Ron Tonkin Toyota
About The Position
Ron Tonkin Toyota is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support continued growth and work with both its Toyota and Mazda stores. The role works closely with the sales team and customers to provide seamless, transparent financing experiences while helping increase profitability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has automotive finance experience or sales management experience with a strong track record. The position is full-time and commission-based, with a listed compensation range of $9,000–$15,000 per month. The schedule provides two consecutive days off during the week and one opening shift per week, with an 11 a.m. or 12 p.m. start time on every other day.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of F&I experience at a new car franchise.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.
- Prior Toyota or Mazda experience is strongly recommended.
- Prior automotive finance experience or sales management experience with a good track record.
Responsibilities
- Review and confirm agreed-upon sales figures.
- Prepare salespeople to discuss needed services or products with customers.
- Consult with customers to determine their wants and needs and present products to fulfill them.
- Obtain credit approval, secure financing, and prepare delivery documentation.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients and guests.
