About The Position

Ron Tonkin Chevrolet is seeking an experienced finance professional to support the dealership’s growth. The role works closely with the sales team and customers to provide transparent financing experiences while contributing to profitability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has automotive finance experience or sales management experience with a strong track record. Compensation is commission-based, with a listed range of $110,000 to $180,000 per year.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of F&I experience preferred.
• Prior CDK experience strongly recommended.
• Prior Chevrolet experience strongly recommended.
• Prior automotive finance experience or sales management experience with a good track record.

Responsibilities

• Review and confirm agreed-upon sales figures.
• Prepare salespeople to discuss needed services or products with customers.
• Consult with customers to determine their wants and needs and present products to meet them.
• Obtain credit approval, secure financing, and prepare delivery documentation.
• Provide world-class customer service to clients and guests.
