About The Position
Ron Tonkin Chevrolet is seeking an experienced finance professional to support its growth. The role works closely with the sales team and customers to provide seamless, transparent financing experiences while contributing to dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has automotive finance experience or sales management experience with a strong track record. The position involves reviewing sales figures, helping salespeople discuss products and services with customers, identifying customer needs, securing credit approval and financing, preparing delivery documentation, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of F&I experience preferred.
- Prior CDK experience strongly recommended.
- Prior Chevrolet experience strongly recommended.
- Automotive finance experience or sales management experience with a good track record.
Responsibilities
- Review and confirm agreed-upon sales figures.
- Prepare salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products.
- Consult with customers to determine their wants and needs and present products to fulfill them.
- Obtain credit approval, secure financing, and prepare delivery documentation.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients and guests.
