About The Position

Holman is hiring an Automotive Finance Consultant to join BMW of Raleigh. The role supports a successful finance and insurance operation by offering buyers financing, payment protection, and other appropriate products and services. The consultant reviews customer credit information, supports finance paperwork and follow-up, maintains customer satisfaction, and helps train sales consultants on F&I products and related paperwork. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2–5 years of experience as an automotive finance consultant.

Responsibilities

Maintain a successful finance and insurance operation.
Ensure buyers are offered appropriate financing, payment protection, and other available products and services for their vehicle.
Maintain a follow-up system for collecting one-pay contracts and outstanding titles.
Obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Process, review, and analyze customers’ credit reports, including detailed credit history and confidential consumer data.
Analyze customers’ credit history to assess the probability that a bank will accept a credit application.
Maintain knowledge of finance and insurance products and manufacturers’ policies.
Train and manage sales consultants on F&I products and related paperwork.
Maintain industry knowledge and develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts.
Assist desk managers as necessary.
