About The Position

General RV Center is hiring a Finance and Insurance Manager to oversee customer loan origination and approvals and support customers through financial transactions. The role presents finance and protection products, partners with sales management to move purchases forward, and works with customers, lenders, and the corporate finance team. The position calls for a fast-moving, detail-oriented professional who can build trust, provide expert knowledge, and deliver a strong customer experience. Compensation is based on skills and experience.

Requirements

Proven ability to overcome sales objections.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the RV, automotive, or powersports industry.
Dealertrack and AppOne experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the customer loan origination and approval process from start to finish.
Present financial products, including service contracts, paint and fabric protection, GAP, credit insurance, and other products designed to protect customers and their investments.
Partner with sales management to move deals effectively through the purchase process.
Maintain accurate monthly performance reporting.
Finalize financial transactions quickly while following legal and ethical practices.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and lending partners.
Identify and provide solution-based finance options for customers.
Prepare all federally and state-required financial transaction paperwork and work closely with the corporate finance team.
