About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to manage the financial and insurance aspects of vehicle sales. The role helps customers find suitable financing and protection plans while ensuring transactions comply with industry regulations and dealership policies. The F&I Manager works with customers, financial institutions, and the sales team to support an informed, streamlined vehicle-purchasing experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and financial partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to financial integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss financing and insurance options and provide clear, accurate information.
• Work with financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms, including interest rates, loan terms, and payment plans.
• Present and explain insurance products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts based on customer needs.
• Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure transactions comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and dealership policies and procedures.
• Achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets for finance and insurance products.
• Maintain organized, accurate transaction records that are accessible for audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve the customer experience and streamline vehicle purchases.
