About The Position

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to manage the financial and insurance aspects of vehicle sales. The role helps customers identify suitable financing and protection plans while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies. The F&I Manager works with customers, financial institutions, and the sales team to support an informed and streamlined vehicle purchase experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation and sales skills, including the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and concisely.
In-depth knowledge of automotive financing and insurance products and applicable regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and financial partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to financial integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Meet with customers to explain financing and insurance options clearly and accurately.
Work with financial institutions to obtain financing terms for customers, including interest rates, loan terms, and payment plans.
Present insurance products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts to meet customer needs.
Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance accurately and in compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
Ensure financial and insurance transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations and dealership procedures.
Achieve and exceed individual and dealership sales targets for finance and insurance products.
Maintain organized, accurate transaction records for audits and reviews.
Work with the sales team to improve the customer experience and streamline the vehicle purchase process.
