About The Position

Vaden Automotive is seeking an experienced automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager for a high-volume, customer-focused environment. The manager presents financing options, sells aftermarket products, and oversees accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with lender regulations, applicable laws, and dealership policies. The position emphasizes customer service, profitability, strong lender relationships, and repeat and referral business. The role requires proven automotive F&I management experience; banking experience alone does not qualify. Candidates should have knowledge of leasing structures, lender programs, special finance, and state title, registration, and tax requirements, along with strong customer service, negotiation, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
