About The Position

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a self-driven, collaborative Field Training Consultant to train new agents in Nebraska and work with 15 other trainers across multiple states. The role provides coaching and training in problem solving and solution-based selling skills for sales-driven individuals. The consultant works autonomously, adapts to different situations, and travels throughout Nebraska, with frequent travel of up to 50% and occasional overnight stays. The preferred location is Nebraska.

Requirements

• College degree and five years of relevant experience.
• Must have or be able to attain FINRA Series SIE, 6, and 63.
• Must be licensed in all product lines offered by the company in the assigned state, including Life & Health, Property/Casualty, and Commercial.
• Excellent people skills and ability to work effectively with agents and registered representatives in a multi-line exclusive agent channel.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to different surroundings and situations.

Nice To Haves

• Business or Marketing degree preferred.
• Insurance/financial services and sales experience preferred.
• Preferred location is the state of Nebraska.
