About The Position

The Field Technician operates a commercial vehicle and delivers and sets up the Company’s rental equipment at customer locations. The role also involves performing preventative maintenance and equipment service in the field safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Work with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity, and demonstrate professionalism.
• Deliver, set up, swap, and fuel equipment at customer locations.
• Operate Company commercial vehicles pulling trailers and equipment in accordance with company policy and safety procedures.
• Maintain and complete required logbooks, DVIR, and other DOT-required forms.
• Complete starting and charging repairs on ICE (internal combustion engine) powered equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on equipment.
• Use electrical tools, safety devices, and equipment in accordance with company policy and safety procedures.
• Follow procedures to complete Short Service Employee requirements.
• Adhere to all state and federal DOT laws.
• Complete required monthly safety and equipment-related training.
• Answer the Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours in accordance with company and safety policies.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
