About The Position

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) is seeking a safety-focused Field Technician/General Laborer to support industrial and environmental service projects. The role involves operating hydro-blasting and vacuum-truck equipment, helping set up and dismantle job sites, maintaining equipment and company property, and completing work as directed by supervisors or other leadership personnel. Team members are expected to follow safety, operational, and company rules and may need to work varied hours, on call, and travel as required. The position may require respirator use and fit testing, depending on customer and project safety requirements.

Requirements

• A driver's license and a clean driving record are strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Safety-conscious approach and good work ethic.
• Ability to work varied hours and on an on-call basis, and to travel as required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment, random, and/or post-accident or injury substance-abuse screening.
• Ability to follow and distinguish emergency signals and instructions.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 pounds and repetitively lift, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and crawl.
• Ability to work for extended periods in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, dusty, and wet conditions.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and tight quarters.
• Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment, including respirators, safety glasses, approved steel-toe shoes, coveralls, and hearing protection.
• Ability to climb ladders and work from stationary platforms at elevated heights.
• Ability to work extended hours and variable shifts.
