About The Position

The Field Technician operates a commercial vehicle and delivers and sets up the Company’s rental equipment at customer locations. The role also includes performing preventative maintenance and field service on equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Work with ethics, honesty, values, and integrity and maintain a professional approach.
• Deliver, set up, swap, and fuel equipment at customer locations.
• Operate Company commercial vehicles pulling trailers and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Maintain and complete required logbooks, DVIR, and other DOT-required forms.
• Complete starting and charging repairs on ICE (internal combustion engine) powered equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service on equipment.
• Use electrical tools, safety devices, and equipment in accordance with policy and safety procedures.
• Follow procedures to complete Short Service Employee requirements.
• Adhere to state and federal DOT laws.
• Complete required monthly safety and equipment-related trainings.
• Answer the Company-issued cell phone during on-call hours in accordance with Company and safety policies.
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, or tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
