Field Team Recruiter

East Coast Facilities•Crest Hill, IL

About The Position

The Field Team Recruiter (FTR) owns the full recruiting funnel for front-line positions at East Coast Facilities. This outbound, high-touch role spends significant time sourcing candidates in the community and is accountable for every stage of the pipeline, from opening a requisition through a candidate’s first 90 days as an employee. The role replaces ad-hoc hiring with a proactive, metrics-driven recruiting function focused on hire quality and retention. Recruiting activity is managed through OMNIA HR Suite. The FTR is expected to operate fluently in OMNIA and understand its connection to CAMPO, ECF’s field employee app, through which candidates apply and receive offers. The role also recruits, vets, onboards, and manages snow-removal subcontractors in the assigned region using OMNIA’s Managed Services Module. Success is reviewed monthly with the Operations Manager against region-specific targets, including hires per month, time-to-fill, 30- and 90-day retention, offer acceptance, and no-show rates. The 90-day retention rate is the primary quality indicator and is tied to bonus eligibility. All ECF employees, including the FTR, may be directed to participate in snow-removal operations as needed. Duties can include operating plow trucks, loaders, and specialized equipment; shoveling and using walk-behind blowers; applying salt and de-icing materials; supporting pre-storm planning and staging; and assisting with post-storm cleanup, equipment servicing, and restocking. The position requires regular travel throughout the assigned region, with periodic travel to other ECF service centers for training or coverage and occasional air travel. Work involves extended periods of standing, walking, and driving, occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds, and may take place outdoors or in variable environments. The schedule is standard business hours with flexibility for outreach, job fairs, and emergency staffing needs; some evening or weekend availability may be required. Employees must remain drug-free and pass background checks required for access to client sites, and must maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.
