About The Position

EmployBridge is hiring a Field Recruiter in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The recruiter helps attract and place candidates in job opportunities, supports order fulfillment, and works with customers and the internal team. The role includes marketing openings through job postings, social media, and community outreach; interviewing candidates; and completing drug screens, background checks, and I-9 forms. Requirements

• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders or requests and internal team requests.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to develop ways to attract candidates.
• Use creative approaches to attract candidates.
• Promote job opportunities through postings, social media, and community outreach.
• Interview and assess candidates for available opportunities.
• Build a candidate pipeline and support order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 processes for candidates.
• Manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders and requests, as well as internal team requests.
